Quentin gosh, who doesn't love rhona mitra? she's sexy as hell. i love that we get to see her on both ABC's "Boston Legal" and FX's "Nip/Tuck", and at the same time 10pm/EST Tuesdays! i'm sure her fans are conflicted over that schedule! i think she's a nice addition to the cast...i like her detective name kitty mcgraw, almost sounds purrrr-y. like 'graw' is a growl of a kitty, or maybe i just read too much into names? i was thinking the same of christian troy, christian not so fitting his character, and troy, sort of like a conqueror of women? now sean mcnamara i'm puzzled, complicated name and complicated character. he was pretty lucky tonite with the slutty college chick! and then that little wink from dr. quentin costa, yummy! i remember him when he was on his own show "Jesse" with christina applegate! AHAHA!!! there should be an inside joke about that on the show...i knew of his hunkyness back in the day! i like that he's a bi-sexual, he certainly intimidated both christian and sean tonite, what a flirt! then he threatens them both at work, wow - i'm going to have to look up that court case he was speaking of, to see if it's true or not, probably is since ryan murphy likes to inject reality into his show [just like with that "Momma Boone" episode based on the half ton man]. "I have a new movie coming out: Two Guys, A Girl and a Cum Face." Kimber the relationship between kimber and christian is something so beautiful and wrecked, it's tragicly attractive. there's that Sixpence None the Richer song "What a Beautiful Mess" i used to love...seems to fit with them two. i love that kimber is so dedicated to christian, so infatuated with his every being that she'll do almost anything for him, and then we have christian who wanted his cake and eat it too! that threesome he started then hated, and now shooed rhona mitra's character away... now, i hope she returns to do some damage, i dont think she would take rejection well...maybe she'll hit it off with dr. costa eh? the college fratboys gluing their face to some guy's butt, that was pretty dumb and gross how they had to cut into the skins of the face and ass to separate them! YUCK! i dont understand the whole butt operation though, they used skin from the inner thigh and also used gauze? sick, i shouldnt think too much about surgeries, i get faint if things seem too realistic, but i do love me some blood!! AHAHAAH!!! "Don't ask me what I need if you're not willing to give it to me." Matt i like the darker developments of matt's character, finally growing some goddamn balls eh?! although in a very strange defensive freaky way....i miss ava [famke janssen - i really hope she returns for an episode or two of season3]. i put up a poll about matt's sexuality, choices being he's either gay, straight or bi or transgender? he said in 3x02 that he's not gay, and said in 3x03 that he likes girls, so who knows...i like the show's idea of the audience slowly finding out more about matt and how he's going to deal with all the shit going on with himself and his family. i like the whole concept of the episode having dealt with threesome, sexually and parentally. i like that christian came to the conclusion that three parents don't work, and that threesomes dont either. i really have studied some psychology, and the third wheel always gets in the way and causes havoc amongst the three! there's no balance in odd numbers! i enjoyed that drinking scene: christian, kimber, kit and quentin. lovely sexy and enticing with naughty naughty intentions! not sure what i think about sean and julia, them either always getting back together or breaking up. their divource isn't really finalized even after they've both signed the papers...it's nice to see moments of emotion and casual couple-ness with them. i dont think in the end of the series, that sean or julia will be apart, i think in the end, they will still be together, or that's what i hope. that they'll overcome this bitterness, this desperation to find themselves, this unhappiness and go on their way to discover a damaged but strong foundation of love. hmm, let's skip over that sappiness and get on with the Carver! he hasn't been seen in the first 3 episodes of season3, that's disturbing, j/k - i'm sure no one's forgotten about him. since season2, the carver plotline has been given more focus and a daring move by the writers/creator to build on something that'll flow into all the characters and episodes. i like that there's something deliciously evil and manical about the carver..."beauty is a curse on the world" yes it is... i havent really thought too much about who is or isn't the carver, not like alot of fans who are going crazy guessing who it is. i'm more focused on why and when the carver strikes, and the differences in his carvings, not really damaging sean or christian the same way. "She buried her dreams and I sold my soul to that business." Sean was it right for a father to punch his son? is it right for a man to punch another to defend his woman? was it right for sean to punch matt in the face? it was a tense moment, and i had a feeling sean would let it out, and personally i think matt deserved it. he's out of control, no 17 [?] year old should be getting drunk and having sexual relations with anyone, then coming home to push his mother around. i think what sean said in the quote above is VERY powerful, a subtle statement that i hope will really take flight over the next few episodes. it's going to be tough to settle down matt...i see a cruel matt, a boy growing up who doesnt know his sexuality, who doesnt know his fathers, who doesnt know women and who doesnt know right from wrong [car accident non-confession]. he's going down the drain fast...but i do love his shaved head, even if it is an all bruised up head! time for a change...scary. anyhows, i'm enjoying season3! i wonder where gina is, how the detective is tracking the carver, and is annie is still alive somewhere? j/k...
